Understanding the Client Requirement & Kitchen Layout Planning

We will meet our valued client at their site, to understand the business model which they plan on starting. Our Sales Team will provide the client with an unconditional pre-sale consultation, so that we can help the client choose the right type of Kitchen Equipment as per their needs.

Our Design Team will conduct a survey at the site to mark the allocated BOH & FOH Kitchen areas. Once done the initialization and designing of Kitchen Layout would be completed. Based on the BOQ, our Sales Team will share the complete list of Kitchen Equipment along with Dimensions, Technical Specifications and Costing for the finalization in the form of a Commercial Offer.

Based on the inputs received from the client we will exchange ideas to and fro, then come to a conclusion and finalize on the Commercial Kitchen Setup.

With an amalgamation of all ideas discussed during the first stage with the client, we plan a Kitchen Layout as per the site which is compliant of FSSAI and HACCP principles. This would include perfect placement of Kitchen Equipment as per the final approved BOQ.

Along with the Kitchen Layout, we focus on Individual Kitchen Equipment Drawings, M.E.P Layout Drawing, Ducting Layout Drawing, Gas-line Layout Drawing and 3D Layout Model Drawing of Kitchen.

Manufacturing & Outsourcing the Kitchen Equipment

On approval of all the drawings from the client - end, we move towards manufacturing the Kitchen Equipment after final internal planning of the project by taking necessary approvals from all departments.

During the manufacturing process we focus highly on quality and seamless fabrication of each and every Kitchen Equipment with perfect finish using the highest grade of Stainless Steel - 304G & 316G. Our manufacturing facility has the latest Laser based - CNC Cutting, Welding and Cleaning machinery to deliver products with the highest standard. Outsourcing of brought-out Kitchen Equipment is done parallelly. The client is constantly updated on tentative delivery timeline throughout each and every step of the way.

Delivery & Installation of Kitchen Equipment

On the Kitchen Equipment being manufactured, it's neatly packed and kept ready for delivery. The client is intimated regarding the delivery and the process begins. Once the Kitchen Equipment has been delivered, our team will visit for installation of the Kitchen Equipment as per the approved Kitchen Layout Plan.

Site Coordination & Commissioning

Post installation, as per the final Kitchen Layout Plan, our team will coordinate with the client at the site to make sure that the placement of the installed Kitchen Equipment has been done to the best of standards with respect to M.E.P, compliance to FSSAI and HACCP principles and free movement within the Kitchen area for maximum efficiency. Once the placement has been done, all the Kitchen Equipment would be commissioned at the site to ensure proper functioning. A thorough inspection would be done to ensure usability and peak performance

Final Handover

After final positioning, placement and commissioning of the Kitchen Equipment, we will hand over the Kitchen to the client.

On handover, we will produce material Test Certificate along with Project Completion Certificate.
