Bulk Commercial Fryer - Steelkraft
A bulk commercial fryer has to recover oil temperature fast, because in a high-volume kitchen the fryer is rarely idle. Drop a full basket of cold product into a fryer with weak recovery and the oil temperature crashes, the food absorbs oil instead of crisping, and the whole line slows down. Steelkraft builds bulk fryers with high-output burners or heavy elements sized to bring the oil back to temperature quickly between batches, so throughput holds even during the dinner rush.
The fryer is built around a deep, pressed grade 304 stainless steel tank with a cool zone at the base where crumbs and sediment settle away from the heat, which keeps the oil cleaner and extends its life. A drain valve lets the kitchen empty and filter the oil safely without ladling. We build single and twin tank versions so a kitchen can run different products in separate oil, and size the tank capacity to your covers per hour. Baskets, lids and a matched landing table can all be built in. Gas models are leak-tested and every unit is commissioned on site.

Materials and fabrication
The tank is pressed and welded from grade 304 stainless steel with coved corners and a sediment cool zone. Gas trains and drain valves are tested before the fryer leaves the factory.
