Steelkraft builds cooking ranges to order, matching burner count, burner rating and overall length to your menu rather than forcing a standard cabinet into your line. Whether you run a busy South Indian counter, a continental line or a multi-cuisine hotel kitchen, the range is sized around the dishes that actually earn your orders.

Each range carries heavy cast-iron burners with individual valves, so a chef can hold a rolling boil on one and a gentle simmer on the next without them fighting each other. The body is welded rather than bolted, leaving no gaps for grease to collect, and the top is pressed to drain spills away from the burner bases. Under-shelves and a plate rack can be built in to keep pans within reach. We fire-test every range before dispatch and commission it on site, so it lights cleanly and burns blue from the first shift.

Materials and fabrication

The range is fabricated from grade 304 stainless steel with a reinforced frame, TIG-welded seams and coved internal corners for easy cleaning. Gas trains are leak-tested and fitted with regulators and safety valves before the unit leaves the factory.
