Shawarma Machine - Steelkraft
A shawarma machine lives or dies on even vertical heat. If the burners are uneven the meat cooks in patches, the outer layer dries out before the core is ready, and yield drops. Steelkraft builds shawarma machines with evenly spaced burners that heat the full height of the stack, so the cone cooks steadily from top to bottom and the operator can shave clean, consistent slices right through service.
The unit is built in stainless steel with a sturdy rotating spindle that carries a loaded cone without wobble, and burners that can be adjusted so the operator controls how aggressively the outer layer crisps. A removable drip tray catches fat and pulls out for quick cleaning at close. We offer two and three burner configurations depending on your volume, and can supply gas or electric versions to match your outlet's utilities. Everything that touches food or grease is grade 304 stainless steel, welded and buffed smooth so daily wipe-down is fast. We commission the machine on site and set the burner balance so it runs right from day one.

Materials and fabrication
Fabricated from grade 304 stainless steel with a balanced rotating spindle, evenly spaced burners and a removable drip tray. Gas models are leak-tested and fitted with safety controls before dispatch.
