Hood Type Dishwasher - Steelkraft
A hood type dishwasher suits kitchens that clear a steady stream of racks and need faster cycles than an under-counter machine can give. The lift-up hood lets an operator load a full rack from the front, drop the hood, run a short high-temperature cycle and pass the clean rack straight through to the drying side. In a busy restaurant or hotel wash-up, that pass-through flow keeps racks moving without an operator bending in and out of a small door.
Steelkraft integrates the hood type machine into a complete wash line, with a sloped pre-rinse table feeding the dirty side and a clean landing table on the exit, both fabricated in grade 304 stainless steel. We position the pre-rinse spray, the rack shelves and the drainage so the wash-up runs in one direction and clean racks never sit next to soiled ones. The machine sanitises with a high-temperature rinse and uses far less water than hand washing. We size the line to your covers per hour, install and commission it on site, and support it with our own service team so downtime stays low.
