Serving equipment holds food at the right temperature from the kitchen pass to the guest. Bain-maries, hot and cold counters and buffet stations keep dishes safe and ready to plate. Hotels, banquet venues, canteens and catering teams use them across every buffet and service line. Steelkraft makes bain-maries, service counters, mobile serving stations, hot and cold counters, display counters and buffet stations. Bodies are fabricated in food-grade 304 stainless steel with insulated wells and accurate temperature controls. Hot wells hold serving temperature; cold wells keep salads and desserts chilled. Mobile units roll on locking castors so the layout can change between events. We finish every counter to present cleanly and size it to your menu and covers.
Service counters hold food from the refrigeration and display units and are restocked by service trolleys. We design the serving line as part of our build process, and our kitchen layout guide covers front-of-house flow.
