Steelkraft makes tilting boiling pans, steam cooking ranges, bulk cookers and fryers, rice cooking systems and complete gas banks. Bodies are fabricated in food-grade 304 stainless steel with heavy jacketed walls for even heat. Gas trains are leak-tested and fitted with regulators, gauges and safety valves. Tilting mechanisms let one operator empty a full pan safely. We size each unit to your daily cover count, connect it to a compliant gas supply and commission it on site.
Bulk cookers and boiling pans work alongside the main cooking ranges and need strong exhaust and ventilation overhead. We connect and commission each unit through our build process, and our equipment maintenance guide keeps them running safely.
