Exhaust systems pull heat, smoke and grease off the cooking line and keep the kitchen safe to work in. Good ventilation lowers temperatures, clears fumes and meets fire and hygiene norms. Restaurants, hotels, industrial canteens and cloud kitchens all need it above every heat source. Steelkraft fabricates exhaust hoods, baffle filters, fresh-air supply units, ducting, scrubbers and ventilation fans. Hoods are built in stainless steel with removable baffle filters that trap grease and lift out for cleaning. Ducting is sized to the airflow each cooking line produces. Fans deliver the static pressure needed to move air through long runs. We design the full extraction path for your layout, then install and balance it on site.
Extraction is sized to the heat below it, so hoods are matched to your cooking ranges and steam and gas equipment. Ducting routes are set during our build process, and our kitchen layout guide explains where ventilation fits.
