Preparation equipment is where ingredients get washed, cut, portioned and stored before cooking. Sturdy worktables, cutting stations and shelving keep prep fast, clean and organised. Central kitchens, hotels, catering units and busy restaurants use this section every shift. Steelkraft makes work tables with undershelves, vegetable cutting tables, wall and overhead shelves, pot racks and mixing and processing units. Tops are pressed from food-grade 304 stainless steel and braced underneath to take constant chopping and heavy loads. Corners are coved so nothing collects in the joints. We match table heights and lengths to your team and your line, so the flow from delivery to cooking stays tight. Each piece is buffed to a hygienic satin finish.
